Houston chickens and roosters

Well I "adopted" some baby chicks. They were just wandering from yard to yard. The momma was probably killed by a dog (we have lots of strays unfortunately).
All has been well, and I love them so much. My neighbor called animal control and now I am being forced to either adopt them out or the city takes them. They are teens so I am not positive if they are f/m yet? Is anyone in the surrounding area to Houston able to take any? I posted of craigslist but the replies seemed really sketchy.

Unsure of the breed. They were stray chicks I took in.
