is this bator plastic or styrofoam. i know it says it has a plastic liner

STYROFOAM with a "thin" plastic "liner" that fits in the bottom to hold water and to be easier cleaned than the styrofoam.....

Yes, I have this incubator and it is styrofoam with a plastic liner for the bottom. The liner has multiple chambers for water to help control the humidity.
