Hova bator 1602N NEED TIPS!

I just purchased a hova bator 1602N and I need help. Should I get the fan? What temp? What humidity. Please help. Thank you

I just purchased the same incubator. I didn't purchase a fan with mine. What I gather is that the fan will help even out the temp. You'll get a better hatch rate with eggs on the outside and there won't be as much of a temp variance. However, it really depends who you talk to - everyone has different successes with the same incubator.

Temp and humidity is dependent on what you're hatching. Assuming chickens.....99.5%F and 45-50% humidity. Bump the humidity to around 65% the last few days.
