Is a hova-bator circulated air a good one? Also on the day eighteen when you take out the turner do you hand turn after that?

Hovabator forced air is a good choice. And after day 18 you do not turn the eggs anymore. The chicks are getting into position to hatch so turning them after that is not good. So just take the turner out and get your humidity up and then shut the lid and don't open it till the hatch is done.
