My Genesis has been doing great since first put into use 5 days ago. I have been able to maintain a 50-60% humidity level, as well as 99.5 degrees. Earlier, after adding more water the temp spiked to 100.3 and humidity level rose too high. I have since removed excess water and left lid open a bit to cool and re-stabilize the 99.5. It is stuck at 99.8 and the humidity level at 53% locked. I cannot get the temp to go down a degree from 99.8. Any advice??
