hova-bator/lockdown/humidity questions

Hi all, Im the attention challenged well meaning newb who promptly threw away the paperwork for his incubator on christmas day..........

Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaanyway, so, day 18, fill the two center troughs with water and lock it down right? No, turning the eggs, incubator remains shut, correct?

Also you should have 2 little red plugs for the top of the incubator? Adjust your humidity by putting them back.. If you never removed them... Then Carry On my Wayward Son!.. There be chicks when you are done!

from Ga. Yes and now sit on your hands. LOL. Mine went into lockdown at 8pm last night. But remember even though you have to sit on your hands you can still look. Good luck

Baralak I removed 1 of the plugs when I put mine in. They went into lockdown at 8pm last night. Did not put plug back in. Should I do it now and is it to late? Oh no did I mess up really bad. HELP

Do you have a hydrometer in, it should be reading 65% or more

no. I did not know when I started to have one. Did I kill my babies. When I candled last night I saw the airsac and everything looked like the pictures on here for the day.
