hova bator temp good or bad

is 102 f as a high bad when the temp varies? i am using a hova bator with a small 12v PC fan goes from about 99-102 and was wondering if that would be a good hatching temp. I've heard you can be 99-103 (think i heard over 103 will kill them) but not sure if you can get good results from this... what dose every one else use for good hatch results? (i am hand turning the eggs)

That is ok. One of my Hova-Bators varies more than my other one. I have had successful hatches in it.

cool thanks. now it seems to only be getting up to 101 ish since i added a couple eggs this morning.
