Hovabator 1602N with Inkbird ITC-308 ?

Did anyone ever use an Inkbird ITC-3800 with Hovabator 1602N (still air) to stabilise the temp? Not sure if it would work since it,s not a digital thermostat but a radiant tube (wafer)? Thank you!

Unfortunately this is my first time hearing about it so I've never heard anyone else mention it.
