Hovabator Genesis Question

Hi, I just got the hovabator genesis and the thermostat will not line up with my other thermometers. I will calibrate it but it just never wants to line up. Any ideas about what is going on? How to fix?

Not sure, still waiting for that exact incubator. Are your other thermometers calibrated properly? That's all I can think of.
