I put a fan in my old still air unit and wired it in along with the heating element. Them decided to add a Johnson controller to get better control on the temp. Everything works. Temp kicks on at 98 and off at 100. Question is my fan kicks on and off with the heat. Will this be a issue?

I myself prefer to have it constantly running. That way the heated air will continually be moving over the eggs so they have a chance of hatching at the same time. Less chance of cold or hot spots.

I was hoping someone would say won't matter but deep down I knew it needed to be changed so today I took it apart and added another cord. Thank you for the response. I have 48 quail eggs coming on Thursday so will be putting it to the test.
