Are hovabator incubators still air or forced air bators?

Most are still air but I think there's a forced air conversion kit.

You can get them forced or still, with or without automatic egg turners. There are several types. Look on ebay, there are dozens of listings there for Hova Bators alone.

I prefer the Hovabators with the fan kit- you can buy them separately or buy them together in a kit (usually combined with an automatic turner also). GQF's website has a number of options for Hovabator incubators. I have 2 Hovabators- one with 2 small viewing windows (ordered the fan kit later), and one full view top (came with fan kit-got smarter the second time!). Good luck!
