What will I get breeding this rooster to a Bielefelder hen? This rooster comes from a Splash Marans rooster over an orange colored Easter Egger.

You'd get sex links. Male chicks would have a white spot on the back of their heads, and would later have barred feathers. Females would have neither of those things- no head spots and no barring.

I would expect barred males and "solid" females with red leakage. Since he has 1 copy of the gene that diluted black to blue there is a 50% chance each of his chicks will be blue
