I have no history on any of the chickens! The guy I got them from took them in from a lady who went to a home. He didnt even know roosters from hens. So I took my chances.
So, it is a rooster? He is shy and gets picked on a bit. Thanks everyone! I do have a pullet salmon faverelle, so I thought this must be a cockerel. He probably is a mix.

Yeah, I'd say he's a rooster. Hens are fully light salmon coloured. Faverolles are really docile and are usually at the bottom of the pecking order, even the males so he will get picked on a bit
