Ok sooo,
we had a "pair" of ringneck doves that we got at auction, we're not sure of the genders but we think they're both female...
at any rate, up until about 4 days ago they lived in a big cage in our room, then we found out about the baby, didn't want to sell them, but we needed the room, but didn't want to stuff them in a smaller cage, sooo
I had the idea to put them in my duck pen, wich has a mesh top, where they've been quite happy, they have two perches with thier water and food bowls.
well, two days ago now, one of the doves got out of the pen, where it's been staying pretty close to it's "mate" whos still in the pen,but i can't catch it!.
it's been eating, and drinking from the chickens water, but I'm afraid somethings gonna happen to it, the cats think it looks mighty yummy
any ideas??
