I'd love to have a well-rounded egg production in my back yard, with California Valley quail, chickens, and ducks. How many eggs could I expect to get from two or three adult Muscovy hens?

Thanks! Also, do I have to worry about them escaping from a fully fenced backyard with fence heights varying from 4 feet to 6 ft?

Muscovy are brooders, laying until they have a clutch of 8-20+ eggs then going broody. Depending on climate, they are generally seasonal layers, breaking during the winter for a month or so.
