How are you organizing your canning stuff?

I am being overrun with jars of canned goods...

do you have a system???

I need pics..I'm a visual person lol...

I have HUGE industrial shelving in the basement....I'm just afraid that stuff wont get rotated good enough..

what do you do..

I cant post pictures but I do try to keep count of what I had when I started, and rotate back to front as I add. I also love to recommend a book "Independance Days" by Sharon Astyk.
She does a great book on all stored goods, inventory, life spans of foods etc. My neighbors all bought a copy after one of them read mine and gave rave reviews. Hope this helps a little.
