I had to let one of my 10 week old girls go to chicken boot camp (AKA my friends farm) for being "scary" aggressive to the other chicks. They just put her right in with the adults and they ignored her. She was too small to be a threat. She soon made friends with an old dying rooster and hen. The 3 get along fine....well that is until she wakes up one day and they don't.
But for now everyone is happy, my girls don't get beat up every day and shes happy in her new home.
