We have 6 chickens, 2 Rhode Island Red hens which are about 6 months old, and 1 each of Blue Plymouth Rock, Golden Laced Wyandotte, Brahma, and Easter Egger, which are all about 12-14 weeks old. The EE is the smallest and getting picked on pretty good. This morning the other pullets were all pecking her and she's bleeding. We took her out of the coop to separate her and we know someone who can lend us a coop for isolation if need be. What should we do?

That looks a lot like Rooster Wear from all the missing back feathers. If he drew blood, it would be natural for the other birds to start pecking on her. Get some Blue Koat and spray her back and any where she was bleeding. It will help keep the others from seeing the red blood and pecking her to death.

How much space do your birds have ?
34 sq ft, and we have been letting them free range in the afternoon/evening so they aren't in there all the time. We did expand the run because we knew it was too small, we are working on expanding the roost area so they have more space at night. I am attaching pictures.

We do not have a rooster. I think she just hasn't grown all her feathers yet. Where can I get that?

34 sq ft, pictures attached to another reply. I don't know the percentage of protein, they are on grower feed.
Grower or starter. Their is starter/ Grower at 18% or higher or Grower/Finisher at 16% protein..Definitely something isn't balanced. Are you sure it's a Pullet?
Gets confusing when you have other threads going too.
