How big should my young Pullets be before introducing them to my hens and letting them roam I have a fenced 1/4 acre but also have an area chicken wired off until the pullets are too big to fit through the Actual fence holes.

I wait until they're half the size of full grown hens, about 4, or 4 1/2 months of age. Some times I wait until they're 5 months before introduction.

At 8-9 weeks I add them to my bantam coop until they're ready to move in with the big chickens.

Ok thanks I have them in the same coop right now but partitioned off and a smaller pen for outdoors. I have brought some of the older birds in one at a time while I watch to see how they interact and most of them have been very well behaved only two tried pecking them. I was just thinking a larger area for them to mingle would be nice but they are only six weeks right now

At that age, keep them apart until they get larger. You'll have more success then.
