How big is your biggest coturnix

Just thought for fun and interest in wanting to one day see a 1 lb coturnix that I would start this post.

My biggest is a texas a m hen that is 13 oz., definantly not a lb.
 
My biggest was also an A & M, she was 13 lbs, and stopped laying shelled eggs early on.. defeated my purpose of using her for a breeding larger program. However before she started laying so poorly I got a brown hen out of her which i then bred into my tuxedo line....the offspring from her original line are really big chested. They aren't huge like she was but for being tuxedos they are deciently sized birds

I don't have a scale... my biggest birds are my browns.... I guess I could try the bathroom scale and see if any register a pound

I read that too! But I thought: nahhhh! Expectant mothers always exaggerate a little bit about their little ones! You think she may have some other things on her mind?
