How big of a coop for 60-100 laying hens??

So how big of coop for say 75 and 100??

standard response around these parts is 4sqft per bird of coop, 1 linear foot of roost for each bird. (although we all know if you give 20' to 10 birds they will all fight over the same 5')

400 sqft is a 20x20 building or basicly a 2 car garage.

Youll seriously want to consider nipple drinkers and or ball drinkers.

Dont forget to have separate areas where you can raise new chicks as well as segregate any sick/injured birds also a place to introduce new grown girls if you buy fill'ins from CL or some such.
