How big of a run?

I'm building a chicken run for 50 chicks. I have a large roomy coop and have laid out plans for a 40' x 60' run. They will have some turn out time later on, or may spend time in a chicken tractor, if I can get it built.

Do you think 40'x60' is big enough for them?
