how big should peafowl be....

at 4-5 months of age???

we have a male peacock that is a year an half old...
we got him a year of age...want to get him a friend/mate...

saw in paper an add for peacocks for sale...the fella said they
were born in summer....so.... how should they look when we go to look at them??

size of adult chicken?? smaller? bigger?? going to look this afternoon...

When I got my first pair in Nov 2008, they were about the size of a leghorn chicken...

we did get two pairs...one pair is white and the other indigo blue....
they are 4 months old and little cuties....they are slightly bigger than my brahma chickens...
