How big?

Haven't built the coop yet, but am going to start on it soon. Right now I have 18 chicks; hoping they all make to adulthood

. Plus I have 26 BB eggs in the 'bator. I plan on letting them free range during the day, so they will only need the coop at night. How big should it be for the comfort of my babies? Also, if I have a lot of roos, I'll be re-homing them, or else into the stew-pot.
