How can all these eggs be infertile?

Literally tons of things can go wrong.
Temp/RH/fertilization/air pockets/pre storage/room drafts/temp spikes-drops.
Incubating is a science. Hard to tell you what went right or wrong unless you describe in detail the accounts what have led you to this point.
I have only oven baked poultry eggs, but I'm sure conditions for pheasants have to be as strict and unforgiving.
Start from the beginning
and walk us thru your attempted hatch..:pop

Yep, I just got an order of shipped eggs. They were all scrambled, literally looked as though they had been purposely shaken.
Also, fertility depends on the location these birds were located, early on in the season the fertility will be low. It should increase within a week or two of the start of the season, Could also be how long they were being held before you got them. 10 days is the limit I put on holding eggs for incubation.
Edited to add:
I incubated 26 eggs the 1st week my birds started laying, only 4 were fertile.

Alright! Now the person I got the eggs from doesn’t even know that the pointed end has to be pointing down.

Yes the moment I received them, I put them in the tray. Pointed end down and then incubated them the next day.

5 eggs have chicks in them.

Now my question is that they are in the brinsea incubator with automatic humidity control and auto turning. The turning interval is 120 minutes.
Angle is 6.
Humidity is 45-47%

When do I stop turning?

Pheasants eggs I believe hatch day 23-25 so should I stop turning at day 20? The way we stop turning Chicken eggs when it’s day 18. Since they hatch from day 20 onwards.

Which breed of pheasant are we talking about?Ringnecks? They take 25 days to hatch.I leave the turner running all thru incubation.I seem to get better luck.Had many chicks pip and then die in shell when I stop the turner.Left it running and not as many pip and die.
