How can he drink??

My buff laced poland broke his top beak half off several days ago. I've figured out I can wet the feed and pile it into little piles and he can eat it. I don't think he's getting water. How can I give him water?

Maybe he could use one of those drip waters. I think that they work like a hamster bottle.
