How can I deal with this addiction?

Welcome to the wonderful world of "i dont know where they came from",
I think everyone's story is close to the same...started out with 6-8 with the intentions of eggs and a little fun and it seems to have exploded there.
My story is started with 2...yes, 2! The boys were trying to catch a cougar that was on our back property and i fell in love with them...boy, were they mad! Made them build me a coop so they would be safe, then i discovered this website and i am now up to 200+ chickens, 2 very large double decker coops, 4 turkeys with their own run and coop, 4 breeding coops done and working on atleast 4 more and we got meaties!
It is a sickness that is better off just admiting and getting an incubator...in the end you will anyways...just keep beer and pizza on hand for DH!!!

We still have the cougar lurking around and now a bear, but atleast i saved my chickens! LOL

(If DH wont build or expand your coop, contact a local college or high school wood class...they love those projects!)

You are a bad bad person! Does this mean they take up 1/2 the space that a standard chicken would? So instead of 3 more, I could have 6 more?! Does this go for all bantams? What about egg size? Are they worth eating?

Hee hee hee. ::evil grin::

They come in blue, too.
