How can I ge6t my hens user to me?

I have a few scaredy hens and I want them to allow picking up and for them to know im trust worthy.Any advice?

Talk softly to them and try and give hand feeding them at feeding time.

Although, some are just natural afraid. My friend has some that follow you, and some that are really scared.

Mealworms! I give a handful of meal worms to my hen. Turkeys love them. At first, you might have to throw some on the ground close to you, but try and feed them from your hand.

Beware though. II love that my turkeys are friendly but they hang out by the front door and wait for me to come outside. They can be annoying at times with their calls.
