how can I get 2 specific pullets?

I may be asking/expecting too much... But I thought I'd ask anyway.. But I really want to get a Cochin and maybe a Wyandotte as pullets and only one of each. I have some chicks now, but couldn't find the two I was looking for. Is it even possible to get just 2 pullets from any hatcheries?

McMurray sells started pullets but IDK if they sell them in the breeds you want. IDK what their min. requirement for pullets is. Mypetchicken.com sells 3 chicks but they would be day olds.
