How Can I get Blue Dye Off Of My Black And White Converses????????HELP

My school was on a field trip today and some how some of the blue dye from this project we were doing got on my shoes(the white tip of them). What can i do to get it off? Now I have the end covered by a paper towel soaked in bleach.
