How can I get our duckling to eat?

Hi, we currently have 5 call ducklings, 3 mandarins & what we think is a ringed teal duckling. All 3-7 days old. The calls and mandarins are eating but the ringed teal won’t. I’ve been feeding it from a syringe as we were worried it would starve and it takes the food from that but doesn’t eat from their bowl. I’ve tried chick crumb, mash and scrambled egg (it ate a small bit of that from my finger) but it will only eat if we feed it by syringe. It drinks, chirps, washes and seems generally fine but it just won’t eat. Any ideas on how to get it to eat? Thanks

Maybe try feeding the feed on water? I know Mazuri has floating feed.

Thank you, I am in the UK & have not heard of Mazuri. We will try feeding on water in the morning. I saw it pecking a little at the food earlier so fingers crossed he/she is getting the hang of it!
