How Can I Hatch More Pullets Then Cockerels?

Hello everyone, I was wondering if any of you know any tips and tricks to hatching more Pullets. I have been hearing it go around that there are ways of doing so. Such as having to do with the moon phases and time of the year. If you have any suggestions let me know

Sex is determined by the hen. So if you have hens that tend to lay eggs that become pullets, keep them and cull the rest.
Hatching by the moon can affect chick vitality but the sex is already set when the egg is laid.
