You can't. You need to get fertile eggs from a reputable supplier of such, who breeds chooks. You either need a good reliable incubator or a broody hen.

Hatching store eggs is possible. Though more common with ducks and quail, it can happen with chicken eggs too. Sometimes roosters are left in with the flocks when free ranged, and sometimes the eggs can hatch.
