How can I help my "balding" chicken??

We own a rhode island red and she seems to have been pecked clean of her back feathers. We figured it had to have been the roo who did it, yet she has not been able to regenerate any feathers....poor lady looks so naked...I need to help her. Thanks to any responses.

I had to put hen aprons on my girls as I had a rooster who spent all day going from hen to hen, After I put the aprons on the hens, the rooster started pulling out their head feathers with his beak when he was mating them. I decided then to find another home for the rooster. It took about six months and a molt before the hens got their feathers back. I really liked the rooster but I didn't like what he was doing to my girls. Good luck.
