How can I improve my coop?

The chickens go roam on our field,so we thought the coop was not important unless they were going to sleep.Since I was a huge Newbie to raising chickens,this did not turn out well,poop and spiders everywhere and the eggs are very dirty.What can I do to improve it/clean it?

What do you mean, 'clean it'?
Is the floor dirt? Wood?
Is it overcrowded?
Is there plenty of ventilation?
Do you have nests for the hens? How many?
What are the dimensions of the coop, and how many birds are in it?
