How can i introduce a hen to 2 roosters

Hi there. Welcome to BYC!
You will need to keep the two roos separate from the hen OR get rid of the hen and just keep the two roos OR If you keep them all, the hen will get lonely in a coop by herself, so you buy a couple more hens. You will need to slowly the new hens in with her.
If your goal is to keep the two roos and hen all together, buy about nineteen more hens (not chicks) AND slowly let them get used to the two roos and currently owned hen while still keeping the Roos apart from the currently owned hen (see them all the time but no physical contact and then slowly add in - some free ranging day time and then all day free ranging until Hopefully everyone is happy.
If you decide to keep one roo and the hen, you will still need about eight to ten more hens.
I surely hope this makes sense.

Welcome to the forum! Glad you joined!

I recently got a hen and I have two roosters and they don't get along the roosters peck the hen
How old are they? All three of them? This sounds more like juvenile behavior than adult behavior.

What do your facilities look like? How big is your coop in feet or meters? How big is your run in feet or meters? Photos could help us understand what you are working with.
