Provide them with a dry, well bedded, draft free coop/enclosure, and they will be fine.

Be sure the coop has plenty of wind break. Straw or wood on the ground of the coop will help keep them off the frozen ground. The house should have a thick layer of straw on the floor so they can snuggle in. No water in the house.
