How can I put wheels on this? I have googled and googled and I can't seem to find a way to wheel it and make it roll.

I think it needs specific poles that will accept wheel inserts, like what shelving has

I am not familiar with this kind of unit. It’s very impressive! Love your idea to move it! If it can be moved as a unit (is it strong/solid enough so it won’t warp, bend or buckle), i am SURE there’s a way to do it.

I would attach 2x4 lumber to the frame with U clamps and attach the wheels to the wood.

You could use wheeled trailer jacks or heavy duty casters for wheels.

Will it slide? Maybe with a ski- tip shaped "shoes" on the front. It might need straps around the bottom if the bottom frame is not in one piece.

That cage wasn't designed to be moved as large as it is. I can tell by the joint design and the way it's flexing in your picture. But if you can achieve your goals that would be an impressive feat.
