You have to be 18 in order to become NPIP certified or to be able to enter a binding contract. Your parents can become NPIP as your guardians.

They most do not care about what I do with the chickens, they also hate when I bother them. They would never order to become NPIP certified. I was planning on earning the money to buy the chicken mail crates but I guess I can't do that...

Im 16 and there are a lot of facebook groups that love chicken! Just be sure to meet up at a public area. You can also make ads are your local auction.
