How can I tell baby chicks apart

How can I tell the boy chicks from the little girl chicks? Why is there blood on one of my girls eggs?

If you can identify your little girl chicks from your little boy chicks, there are a lot of people who want to see you The experts at the hatchery are 90 accurate, but most chicken owners have to wait till their birds are more developed, at least 5 weeks or so, sometimes later (like when they hear a crow!). Pictures of your chicks might help.
