How can I tell if the egg is fertile?

How do i know if my showgirl silkie egg is fertile?

I am by no means an expert but I usually put a couple in the 'bator and candle at a week to look for the 'spider web' that shows things are moving along

or crack one open and look for the bullseye

I have heard of the bullseye before.


My showgirls eggs show that but i haven't seen them breed before.

does any one have buff brahma bantams
