I got 7 straight run chicks at gebos, I think They are rir and Plymouth (something like that! )And I have no clue how to sex them! I want to be able to create sex link babies so would like to hope I have a male of each but I'm worried I have mainly males after the stories I've been reading!

How old are the chicks at this point? Depending on age, if you post photos of the birds we can help you ID the genders of each bird. For sex link crosses, you will not want/need a male in the barred bird (I am assuming when you say Plymouth you are referring to Barred Plymouth Rock which is the most common female part of the equation for creating black sex linked chicks) as the formula only works one way - with the female contributing the barring gene.
