How can I use frozen eggs?

Once in a while one of the girls will lay after bedtime, and we don't get the egg until the morning. It's usually frozen and cracked.

Can I use these eggs? And how? Or is it better to just toss them?

You can sometimes boil them and chop them up to put in salad. The white kinda leaks out. I think you might be able to use them in baking, but I'm not sure.
