How can we add a list to a Thread?

draye and I have been discussing adding a list of regularly scheduled poultry swaps and/or auctions to the Arkansas Swap thread. Neither he or I know how to do that. He asked if I might see what I could learn. He is the thread starter. We want it to show up so that anyone reading the thread will see it. Can you make a suggestion? Walk us through how to do that?

You probably need to make your list in an article, then link to it in the thread. That way, you can revise the list whenever you want, without a time limitation, and even designate who can edit it if you wish. As it is, you will have to ask a moderator to post the link in the first post of your thread, if you use your old thread. You can do that by reporting the article. If you decide to start a new thread, of course, you can make your own link.

That is probably true once I get started but I normally am on BYC first thing in the morning and my brain isn't awake yet.

Since you have been responding to this, I think we have a start for what we want to do. If you go to this post on the Arkansas Meet Ups Swaps and Such thread I posted a link to the Member Page that has an ongoing list. Can you attach that member page so that it shows up? Is that how it work? Thanks!

Oh, I re-read the above and I guess I need to "report" the article. Is that my next step?
