How can you add eggs every 7 days?

If I'm not mistaken, my friends incubator manual said you can add eggs once every 7 days
How's that possible? Say you add a set of eggs called A
You add then to 7 day old eggs in the incubator
At day 18 when you raise the humidity, eggs A that are only 11 days will be in that humidity too...

I don’t think that’s accurate at all.... it’s actually a very bad idea to have a staggered hatch. Once lockdown occurs, you’ll be changing things around as far as humidity and temp, and the newer eggs won’t be ready. I would definitely NOT do that.
