How can you tell a baby rooster from a pullet?

This question leads to the question, how do professional chick sexers sex the chicks and tell, when a chick is only 1 day old, which sex it is?

So i have a couple 4.5 week old EE/ RIR babies. I've suspected for a while now that Annie and Cassie might be Andy and Cassie. One has a real pale barely there comb, the other has a pretty red and more pronoubnced comb. Probly a boy right? As far as their behavior goes i cant really tell any significant difference.
