How can you tell an egg is fertilized?

I have a rooster, so im assuming most, if not all my eggs

, are fertilizeded, however how can I tell? I heard if you crack them open and they have a white spot in yolk it means they are? Any truth to this?
 
All yolks have a white spot, if infertile, it is called a blastodisc. If fertile, a blastoderm. A blastoderm looks like a bulleye, whereas the blastodisc is a very small white spot. I found this picture online that may help:
