How close do you think they are?

My girls are 17ish weeks. They were SUPER friendly when I went in the run to sit with them today. They were all over me! Lol! Here’s two of them for an opinion…the GLW would never let me pick her up much less jump up for cuddles on her own! (The Barred Rock and GLW were the two reddest combs out of the group so I figure they’ll be first!)

I think the barred rock has a little ways left to go still, her comb is still small. Not sure about the GLW, I have my first wyandottes now but they are still chicks so I'm not sure how to judge the size of rose combs just yet.

My wyandotte is 8 months and just began laying. It can take a little bit. It took my Barred Rocks 5 months.
