How cold and for how long?

I got some chicken eggs almost a week ago and they have been in the fridge ever since how long can they be in there before the embryo dies? At what temperature(colder) does the embryo die?

According to Brinsea research the egg will be viable down to 28.4 F.

However for every day stored, hatching is delayed and viability drops off over 10 days.
