Living in extreme Northern, WI. We aren't always able to collect eggs in a timely fashion or set schedule (4 young kids). How long can an egg stay in a coop averaging 25 degrees to 35 degrees and still be consumable? We collect them daily but some do wind up sitting in the coop till later in the evening.

They should be fine. We work 12 hr shifts and sometimes my eggs freeze before we get home from work. As long as the shell hasn't cracked we still eat them.
